At the end of January, on St. Vincent’s Day, winemakers and people who own wine cellars go to their vineyards to check the condition of the vine, cut a few vines from the vineyard and evaluate its fruitfulness in the new year. This is an opportunity for the fellow-mates to meet, sing, and then, in a special ceremony, seek the blessing of St. Vincent for the fruitfulness of the vine.
Through leisurely stroll along our hills, from weekend house to weekend house, we combine recreation and enjoying the nature and good wine.
